Some users were seeing chat history that was not theirs. There was a critical bug in our security layer that allowed some logged-in users to have read-only access to the other users' chat metadata. This bug was present between 13:00-17:00 UTC. However, the messages within every chat remained secure, and no personal information can be linked to the chats. Users who were not logged in were also not affected, and only a subset of logged-in users could experience the bug.
